By accessing and using Whisper Pro ("Service"), operated by Sieve Pub ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our Service.

2. Service Description

Whisper Pro provides AI-powered audio transcription services using OpenAI's Whisper technology. Our Service converts audio files into text format with support for 99+ languages.

2.1 Service Features

• Audio-to-text transcription
• Multi-language support (99+ languages)
• Multiple export formats (TXT, SRT, VTT, JSON)
• Secure file processing
• API access (Pro and Enterprise plans)

3. User Accounts

To use our Service, you may need to create an account. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Upload illegal, harmful, or offensive content
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe on intellectual property rights
• Transmit malware or harmful code
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose

5. Pricing and Payment

5.1 Pricing Plans

• Pay As You Go: $2.50 per 5 minutes of audio
• Pro Monthly: $9.99/month (up to 60 minutes)
• Enterprise: Custom pricing

5.2 Payment Terms

All payments are processed securely through Paddle. By making a purchase, you agree to Paddle's terms of service. Prices are in USD and may be subject to applicable taxes.

5.3 Billing

• Pay As You Go: Charged per transaction
• Monthly subscriptions: Billed on the same day each month
• Unused minutes do not roll over to the next billing period

7. Data Privacy and Security

7.1 Data Processing

• Audio files are encrypted during upload and processing
• Files are automatically deleted after transcription is complete
• We do not store or share your audio content
• Transcription results are stored for 30 days unless deleted earlier

7.2 Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

8. Intellectual Property

8.1 Your Content

You retain all rights to the audio files you upload and the transcriptions generated. By using our Service, you grant us a limited license to process your files solely for the purpose of providing the Service.

8.2 Our Content

The Service, including its design, features, and technology, is owned by Sieve Pub and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

9. Service Availability

We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Service. We may perform maintenance, updates, or modifications that temporarily affect availability.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind
• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid in the past 12 months
• We are not responsible for transcription accuracy or errors

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Sieve Pub from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

12. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may cancel your account at any time through your account settings.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or through the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of China.

16. Severability
